Terms of Use

NTMY uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store. Direct-download Mac builds are distributed by VocabTech outside the App Store.

End User License Agreement

Your license to use NTMY is governed by the Apple Standard EULA, unless a separate custom EULA is added in App Store Connect.

Purchases and subscriptions

App Store purchases are handled through Apple. Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests according to App Store rules and your Apple Account settings.

Direct-download Mac subscriptions and top-ups are handled through Polar hosted checkout. Polar hosts card and wallet payment details, receipts, invoices, subscription changes, and cancellations for those direct-web purchases. Contact NTMY support for refund help. Your NTMY account controls which paid minutes are available in the app after purchase.
